Psychological exercise: I want to say
How to understand your psychological state and change it for the better.
We bring to your attention a small psychological exercise that will help you better understand your psychological state and change it for the better. Prepare a notebook, pencils and 30 minutes of free time.
Instruction
1. In the photo below there are unfinished phrases, slowly read them. When reading each, try to feel first of all rather than analyze: whether the content of what has been written about you, whether some spontaneous continuation arises, whether it responds, or coincides with what you think or feel now. Choose 4-5 "your" phrases and write them in a notebook.
2. Now finish each phrase – not only with words, but also by drawing a picture that, not literally, but at the level of feelings and associations, expresses what has remained slurred words.
3. Next, look only at the image: which one is the most difficult for you now, perhaps even unbearable? Tell us about it, come up with a name for it and write it down in a notebook.
4. Gradually choose the second of the most complex and painful images. What's on it? What thoughts, feelings, sensations do you have when you look at him?
5. Do the same with others: rank images from the hardest to the neutral.
6. Then start with the end – from the most neutral to the hardest – and tell me, looking at each drawing, what do you want to change on it to make it easier? In your imagination, you can do anything with the plot. Write down the most important, key change of each image or modify the drawings.
7. In this way, you will get a list of ideas that will help you feel lighter. Think about how they can be embodied in your life. Start with the ones that are currently most available.
