Due to the martial law in Ukraine and the increase in the number of military personnel and the inability of state institutions to adapt to the scale of requests and needs, the number of questions among the military that are difficult to find answers to in open sources has also increased. There is a problem of the lack of a common and unified roadmap for the interaction of wounded soldiers with the military unit, the lack of automated document flow, digital solutions along the way, and a disorganized bureaucracy.
Therefore, there was a need for assistance with such issues as: passing the military qualification examination, transferring servicemen to other units, obtaining veteran status and cash payments in case of injury, applying for disability pensions and informing about the benefits of existing programs for servicemen and their families, and so on.
As part of a charitable project from the Peace for the Future Foundation to provide legal assistance to the military, legal expert Daria Skoblikova was engaged to provide professional advice to more than 58 military personnel and help them resolve urgent and important issues!
