The charitable initiative of Peace For the Future Foundation and MI Agency called The Way Home was created to help IDPs, military spouses and all Ukrainians who need help with employment in these difficult times.
About 30 people took part in the project. Each of them had the opportunity to get tools for job search; analysis and recommendations on LinkedIn as an important element for employment; creating a resume that guarantees getting the desired job and analyzing common mistakes in its design; personal communication with our project expert and resume analysis from the MI Agency team.
